Product Manager, Comms Integration
WarsawApply nowWe are looking for an experienced, senior product manager to join our Communications team, where you will develop and deliver a strategy for helping bring the power of Asana to our customers across more channels to support their workflows end-to-end. You’re a seasoned product leader who has a deep empathy for customers, and excels in complex systems thinking to create a seamless customer experience. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, user research, product marketing, product leadership, and the rest of our amazing PM team.
The Product Management team drives Asana’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We’re helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
- Lead a team to build a strong communications platform to reach our customers across many channels and better support their workflows
- Define and deliver a roadmap that increases Asana user adoption, retention, and growth through building new functionality for and improving the experience of the communications platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and synthesize data and user inputs to identify customer problems, establish a vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
- Partner with engineering, design, and other functions to execute on roadmaps with high velocity
- Maximize clarity by bringing a data-driven mindset to setting goals and milestones
About you
- 5+ years of experience in product management, managing features from inception through launch and iteration with a track record of proven business impact
- Systems thinker: You can conceptualize valuable connections between user actions and notifications across different channels, and understand how these things factor into user adoption and retention.
- Strategic: You inspire the company by creating bold, intuitive work experiences for our users across different channels to best solve user problems.
- Get Stuff Done: You create, flex, and evangelize a roadmap; thoughtfully break down projects to MVPs and iterative projects to ship with high velocity and business impact.
- Customer-centric: You analyze our top customer personas; dig into the roots of customer needs; synthesize research to gain a deep understanding and narrow definition of a problem.
- Communication and collaboration: You partner with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality results. You speak with clarity and write sharp product specs. You are highly comfortable getting into technical discussions with engineers about the pros and cons of different approaches, and you pair with design on complex user flows.
- Growth Mindset: You lead with curiosity and are open to feedback in order to learn.
- These experiences are not required but are a plus: experience in building and growing B2B Saas products serving Enterprise customers, experience driving user growth, experience working with emails, push notifications or 3rd party integrations

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 29,000 PLN - 36,000 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions) . The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
