Today, we’re shining a light on a slew of new features that will supercharge your team. From optimizing your intake process to automating routine tasks, here are our favorite upgrades debuting this month.

Automate, automate, automate

If you like saving time, you’re in luck—the maximum number of Rules per project skyrocketed from 20 to 50. Now, you can set (and forget) even more manual tasks and speed up your team’s most complex workflows.

Have more fun with Forms

Forms are a great way to gather all the information you need up front and manage incoming work. Now, you can create multiple Forms in a Project to support all kinds of work requests. With this upgrade, you can reduce time on tracking down details, jumpstart your work faster, and ensure your respondents are asked only the most relevant questions—all in one place.

Get Goaling

“What’s the status of this goal?” is a question you probably ask teammates too often and via several channels. There is a better way. Now, you can request a status update directly from the Goals details page. The best part? This action automatically creates a task for the Goal owner, so you will not have to worry about your message getting lost in the shuffle.

But wait, there’s more!

We’re always leveling up our platform so teams like yours can do their best work—no matter the location. From Super Admins to developers, we’ve unlocked features this month to make cross-team collaboration easy for everyone.

  • Form access permissions: Add an extra layer of protection around sensitive data by empowering Enterprise Super Admins to restrict access to Forms.

  • Admin Console Switcher: Admins can now easily switch between multiple Admin Consoles with a new dropdown menu.

  • App Components: A new way for developers to build apps and integrate your favorite tools directly within the Asana UI.

  • Filter subtasks in Charts: Select if you want to exclude or show subtasks in your charts within your Dashboard. The choice is yours.

Check out our release notes to see a complete list of our newly launched features—both large and small.
